Customers may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, stage of completion, and terms agreed at the time of order.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the services have been used or delivered as per the agreement.
